It takes time, hard work, and patience for you to attract what you want into your life. Even celebrities like Steve Harvey have acknowledged manifestation and the impact it has on his life. Now, what do I mean by this? Put yourself into the mindset that you already have what you are aiming to achieve. This will automatically program your mind to align yourself with the things you want. If you want to be in the NBA trick yourself into thinking you're already in the NBA then ask yourself what NBA players do on a day-to-day basis. Whatever they do you do it too to the best of your ability. Feel what it's like to be an NBA player feel how nice it is to have the fame and the money but also how it feels to be under immense pressure. Embrace the feeling, now you're naturally putting in the work an NBA player does because you're already under the illusion that you are one.
Now you're putting in the hours to train and get better at your craft. Your new habits along with your new mindset are increasing the possibility of you achieving your dream as you're actively taking steps towards your goal. What you choose to do, see and consume are all affected by your mindset so use that to your advantage.
Writing Down Your Aspirations
You do this to make sure your goals are clear and you know exactly what you want. Writing down goals is more powerful than goals you just keep in your mind. You're turning that abstract idea into something physical. Write about exactly what it is you want and why you want it. Also, read your goal out loud but instead of saying "I want to be the greatest NBA player" say "I am the greatest NBA player of all time." It's set in stone that you're going to achieve it and it's not just a thought you're going to make it a reality.
Write down what you're grateful for every single day and if you think you have nothing to be grateful for be grateful your eyes opened that morning. Not only write it but actually show it, do something nice for someone or yourself, and show that you're appreciative for everything you have. Showing gratitude increases feelings of happiness and joy these are high-frequency emotions and will only get you closer to aligning yourself with your desires. It also gives you perspective which makes you understand no matter how little you have someone is in a worse position than you. When you achieve your goals you'll be even more grateful and you'll do everything in your power not to lose it.
Getting Rid of Self Limiting Beliefs
There's no way you can manifest if you don't even believe in yourself. The whole premise of the Law of Attraction is a belief, you not believing in yourself is a hindrance. They're excuses to keep us in our comfort zone and stay stagnant. You have to be willing to introspect and challenge your own beliefs. How do we replace these negative thoughts with positive ones?
The first step is to identify your biggest self-limiting beliefs and to ask yourself why you believe that. What supports you believing that you're not good enough? When did I start thinking like that? What is the belief opposing to the one I have more and is it more beneficial for me? Realize it's just a belief and a self-limiting belief does nothing but restrict your potential. Try to find a new belief, one that brings value to your life. Now that you've found a new belief consciously try to implement that belief through action and this can only be done through your willpower. If you can't overcome yourself you can't overcome the more difficult obstacles ahead on the path to the future you envision.
Using these techniques requires discipline, patience, and willpower. Not to mention that these are all irrelevant if you don't put the work in. Don't use manifestation to become complacent and stop putting effort in, if anything you should be trying to go even harder. Apply these techniques to manifest what you want.
